Amanda Laird is a certified growth marketing strategist, founder of Slow & Steady studio and host of the Personal Business podcast.
A communications industry veteran, she has 20+ years of experience creating campaigns, building platforms and brands. And has spent a lifetime writing and being funny on the Internet.
Amanda is the author of Heavy Flow: Breaking the Curse of Menstruation, published by Dundurn Press in 2019 and nominated for the 2020 Kobo Emerging Writer Prize for Non-Fiction. From 2017-2020 she was the host and creator of the Heavy Flow Podcast.
When she’s not supporting solo, creative small business owners and mission-driven organizations with their marketing communications, she’s watching prestige TV, deadheading the petunias or cooking a good meal in the kitchen.
